Is your Canna Pro soil a coco coir? Have you fed them anything? If so, what and how much? Concentration and pH? Did they start out darker green and get pale over time? Lights and how far from the seedlings? How much water and how often? I’m not an expert but I know they will need more info than you have given to figure it out.

Problem: see first pictures (slow growth and yellowing)
Medium/grow method: canna pro soil
Feed: and supplements used: route 66 motha pukka 2ml/L
Canna grow A+B 1ml/L
water source: Tap water
Strain/age: LSD-25 (seem to do the worst) cream cookies (one has a slight droop) tangie matic (all look fine)
light used: sanlight S4w 2x

First off, are you able to check the pH of whats going in and what your runoff is?
Did you just start feeding nutes recently? I see the new growth looks more green but the yellow is starting to progress from the tips in. That yellow is likely nitrogen deficiency but odd to see it this early when the cotyledons are usually still providing the tiny seedlings the food they need. Looks like they have been used up already tho.
New growth is pulling all the nitrogen from the older leaves, so they will stay yellow and will just drop off.
If you just started feeding recently keep an eye on the new growth that it's healthy and green.
Speaking of nutrients, are you feeding the proper strength for seedlings?

With coco I start off with lightly saturated pot that I use a 1/4 strength nutes to charge it. I normally do that the day or two before I start to germ seed. Then after seed is cracked showing tail I give the pot 1.5L 1/4 strength nutes and place seed 3/8 - 1/2" down in coco. Once seed sprouts above coco I start counting days. At day 5 I water the sprout with about 500mls of 1/4 strength nutes in a circle away from the stem. At day 10 same thing but 750mls - 1L in the same circle patter moving toward edge of pot so the roots search for water (makes for a stronger root system) At day 15 same 1/4 strength nutes 1L.
