New Grower simple question (i hope)

My first auto grow indoors. 3 super skunk and 3 kush ryder. I am growing in biobizz in pots in a corner sorrounded with mylamar reflective.

All six have sprouted and i wondered when to put them under the light. I have a digital ballast that goes 300/450/600 watts and i have a 600 watt grolux.

Put them under lights now. use what ever wattage you want ,but give them enough so they don't stretch and get spindly.
