When buying skywalker, the description says 90% indica.
The strain guide says 65% indica.
Is either of these correct?

Yes, but SeedFinder gets their info directly from the breeder, the same as I tried to do.
Only mephisto knows for sure, and they offer conflicting info.

Haha, I just noticed that myself as I have some going now.
The 2018 guide says Skywalker F5, while the current website (and the seeds I have) say F7.

Maybe there was some significant change between generations?

I use primarily for sleep, so I favor a high percentage indica.
The skywalker seems to me to be about 75% indica, judging from its effects.
