Small pale seedlings

Hey everyone.

Can anyone diagnose this problem? I can't put my finger on it here's some info....

Kush van stitch, 60 day wonder and short rider seedlings, all 11 days old started in root riot cubes.

Under 50x3W = 150W LED's 5 spectrum Prakasa's about 1 foot from seedlings

100% perlite hempy solo cups.

Watering just mineral water every other day since day 1, about 60-90ml each time just until I get a little run off.

most of them are on their second set of leaves and one of them is stuck on their first set of true leaves still, but it's day 12 tomoro and they're still smaller than my thumb!

The leaves are light green with pale veins too..

I have some "ionic hydro GROW hard water" nutes and not sure when to introduce them...

Any ideas?

It's really tough to make any type of diagnosis without being able to see what you're referring to. Any chance you might be able to throw up a couple pics?

Hey dude!

I was thinking the same thing KS but they've been in darkness for 3 hours now lights go back on soon but it's very early in the morning here.. haha.

I will upload them first thing when I wake up so not to disturb their sleep my fault for posting at such an awkward time I didn't think I'd get such a quick response

Light isn't great here, so put them under a white light and used the flash. They look in the pics pretty much how they do to the eye

OH and I also saw some green sludge at the bottom of my tub which holds the cups.. I'm guessing its algae growth from the runoff water?

... just realised the top layers of perlite have a green tinge to them too... :/ I think this might be algae too

** I washed out the tub, replaced as much of the green perlite with fresh perlite as I could and placed the cups in small metal trays so hopefully the water will evaporate before algae can form.

What do you guys think the problem is with the seedlings?

With just perlite and mineral water to go on they are hungry. You need to give them some food. They also look over watered. As a quick fix, mix 1 part household ammonia to 10 parts water and mist them with it once a day for about 3 days. Make sure to spray both the top and underside of the leaves. Also get them on some low strength veg nutes.
