hey guys, I just noticed today when i went to water my plant that it was very dry eg. the lower leaves were dry and the tips of the curled a bit. the rest of the plant looked fine. This got me to wondering if smart pots dry out a lot faster then a regular pot. I have been watering about 2 x week. is this the case and smart pots just need more watering or do I have something more sinister going on? ( I throw some pics up tomorow when i update my grow thread )

The key to remember with a smart pot is be sure to keep the actual fabric of the pot "wet" meaning when watering the smart pot you may notice the soil on the edge of the pot may start to not touch the fabric which in turns sorta cancels out its "air pruning" ability... So lift the fabric a bit on the side and pull up and be sure to water all the way around... Should help things out.... Had very similar problems with smart pots. When I first started using them....
