Grow Room smartpots and cobs light grow set up

Hi, coming back to gardening after a few years.
I have two cobs light, 100w each.
Box is 3x3. Grow will be in light mix soil.
Using Advanced Nutrients pH Perfect Sensi grow & flo.
Seeds are banana kush cake auto and amnesia auto.
I was thinking to grow 2 plants in 2 smartpots of 5/ 7 gallons each.
Or is it better to grow 4 in 4 smartpots of 3 gallons?

I would do 2 plants in two 5/7 gallon pots under the Cobs.

Not even close. Before I gave my autocobs away, I was using 3 per plant. You will be just fine. Much luck.

I moved to a 650 watt light. I "pay it forward" all the time.

And that has now changed to the Spider Farmer SE5000 480 watts.
