When I checked for trichomes with my glass. Spider mites have kicked my ass.
Every bud has a veil of cotton looking candy. Its already alone in spare room.
Question is should I kill mites or plant . Its so young ,its too early to get much.
How do you kill spider mites.

Your battle with the Borg begins!!! If this plant was in a room with other plants I would check every inch of each plant the Borg spreads like crazy. If your still in veg stage its easier to treat them, while in bloom your going to have to use something not so much on the chemical side (I put a recipe up for you) and watch for moisture or your going to get bud rot. I would spray them and then after a bit shake them with a good breeze blowing on them to help dry them out. I would treat them once a day for three days straight and then every three days. Checking after each time to see your progress, you have to look everywhere for the Borg. Your also going to have to clean your entire room ( I recommend using Bleach and Water in spray bottle some old towels ripped up and garbage bag to put all the waste into) to beat the Borg or it wont work you will always have them!!!! I mean CLEAN the room everything nooks crannies wires inside hoods vents hoses EVERYTHING. I would also clean the outside if your in a tent or box and the entrance way around the opening to your space. Good Luck
This is something I was working on, mix this all up put it in a sprayer and starting nuking the little buggers. Make sure to spray under the leafs main stem everywhere.
1/4 cup baking soda
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbls lemon juice
2 drops dish soap I was using an organic one
1/4 teaspoon Epsom salts
Optional never tried it 1tsp hot chili juice
I had a battle with them and lost just as I was week 5 into 12/12 I had to kill everything and do a complete clean in my room multiple times just to make sure I got all the buggers. So far so good no sign of them in my space.

this is hands down the best site Ive come across for describing pests and Bennie bugs.Apply neem oil or Pyrethrum and rotate sprays so they o not become inmmune.only use a miticide if truly necessary.Insecticidal soap with neem works well too.but these are if your homemade system doesnt work.which inclused Dr. Bonners Soap,Garlic,Hot Pepper, citrus oil and liquid seaweed combinations.Or even Ladybugs.

Stay on top of it and check thoroughly daily, I thought I had them beat went away on work for 5 days and they kicked my ass twice as hard, I fought them for another two weeks and couldn't get them under control( \I believe its the larva/eggs that get you). Chop Chop Chop went all my girls.Treating the plants is one part but your Entire Room Must me cleaned with Bleach and water(where a dust mask while cleaning and if you can find the 3m with carbon in it) and I mean everything they can get into nooks and crannies, Reflectors, power cords, fans, ducting etc. Just passing along my experience. Like the Dude said and I forgot to mention, keep changing what your using to kill them they will Adapt to everything then you have Super Borg. Change up every time and always be vigilant against the Borg or your girls will be assimilated. If you can't tell I hate the Borg last round cost me 80.0 worth of seeds.:scope:

Tobacco, if made correctly for an insecticide, is a deadly poison. Be very careful when making or working with it. Do not get it on your skin or clothing. It will absorb into your skin.
Spider mites are the toughest insect a grower can have. Their life cycle is extremely fast. You should google it, and study it. You MUST understand there life cycle, to stand a chance at stopping them.

I read a post not too long ago about using a water/habanero pepper mix to rid of spider mites
