Live Stoner Chat Starting seeds...

No clue where this is posting or if anyone will see it.
I'm about to start my first auto flowering seeds....help a sister out.

Do I germinate the seeds as usual (I use bean blankets) and then place the seed straight into roots 707 organic soil??? People made me feel like that soil might be too aggressive for these seeds....true?

Hi Lynsey. Roots 707 will be fine for your seedlings for the first few weeks with plain water. I find the mix too light on perlite and would recommend adding more.

Here is an old thread of a guy using some. I didn't read through it but there might be some useful info in it. I've started auto seeds in 707 then transplanted outside and it worked out well.

Yes. When the tap roots finally make their appearance, drop them in your soil. Back when I was using soil, I watered the pots to some run off, waited about 6 hours, then planted germed seeds. Hope you end up with monster yield. Much luck.
