New Grower Stretch question please help!

My autoflowers have stretched because of lack of light at the beginning, however, they have reached the top of the canopy and should be receiving enough light now (it is outdoor guerilla). Does anybody know how this will effect the plants and what type of yield I should expect with stretched plants? I know it will be reduced but there are 21 of them so i should get a decent amount anyway.
