Suggestions for autoflower that did not auto. Humboldt Blue Dream

I am stuck between a rock and a hard place and can use some suggestions. I received a free Humboldt Seed co Blue Dream auto with a couple of Durban Poison auto's. I did not get it from Humboldt directly. I am into week 8 and the Blue Dream has not begun to flower yet. The Durban's which popped at the same time in the same size and type pots, nutrients and light will be done in three to four weeks. All three are about three feet tall in a 36"x36"x72" tent. I do not have the space or light to move her someplace else and finish her under 12/12. My options as I see it are. 1 wait until the Durban's are done and devote the tent to her under 12/12. Losing my entire auto run. Or chopping her losing eight weeks of time and investment. If I keep her I will have to reduce her height by about half in order for her to have her flower stretch. The main stem is huge and will not LST or pinch easily. I could top her taking off at least a foot and LST the Side branches. Or run a three foot high SCROG. Any sugg

or ideas would be appreciated.

I would be inclined to wait it out another week, my current grow just took almost 8 weeks to pre flower and @wetwood has a journal going and his girl has just pre flowered and I think it' been over 8 weeks but he can confirm

Also I heard 24 to 48 hours of darkness sometimes triggers it and maybe start her on some bloom nutes if you haven't already

She has been on a early flower diet for two weeks. I have at least three weeks before I harvest the first Durban so I have time. Has the girl that took eight weeks finished yet? If so a how many weeks? I can start four more in the tent while she finishes as long as I can keep my same light cycle.

Not finished yet bro, I am on week 12 and I think I have 4 or 5 weeks left at least as most of the hairs are still white plus she has got some fattening up to do, here she is a couple days ago

It is indeed if the plant looks healthy and is growing well have some patience.

Thanks guys. Patience has been my conclusion. I have at least four weeks before my Durban's are done so I am putting on the brakes until at least then. The Blue Dream looks like a step child in the tent though. She had always been the runt of the tent averaging half the height of the Durban's. Now she is just two inches shy and will close that difference by tomorrow. I am impressed Chro Toker. Inspiration fur shur. Take care people.

Loyd-- this happens on occasion,.. could be a packing mistake, or just bad breeding,... taken deep enough in F generations, there shouldn't be genetic thow-back photo's, or very very rarely!
... She may still "auto", seen a few plants do this even after 2 months+, but why gamble? If she can be removed you can shove her into darkness in another room or tent part time,...lean toawrd bloom nute NPK#'s too ( a fat hit of P + dark time may kick her off the fence),....

I am currently working on a spot for her with an 8 foot ceiling. I will not have the lights and panda film until the first of the month so to put her in darkness or 12/12 until then. So I will keep her in the tent for the next week and a half to see if she flowers. I have at least three weeks before the other two girls are finished and I move my next tent run in. So I will sit and wait. If she fails to auto. I will top about a foot off of her. Let her veg for at least a couple of weeks. And have a monster in my closet. I would rater put 9 more weeks into her than waste thirteen weeks.
