It soil 1000 hps and fox farm everything feeding 2 a week and ph is about 6.3 not higher than 6.5

that ph is your run off, And what you ph your water and feeds at? And are you sure to water till you get 10% run off, it helps to wash all the salts off the roots wich in time can cause a lock out, and gives you some to test your run off......

Rough Calculation Guide:

If your runoff pH is lower than your starting pH, us this equation:

Soil pH = Runoff pH - Difference.

For example, say your the starting pH of your solution before it goes in is 6.5 and the pH of your runoff is 7.0. The difference is +0.5, so using the above equation:

Soil pH = 7.0 + 0.5*

Soil pH = 7.5

If your starting pH is 6.5 and your runoff is 6.0, your difference is -0.5 and using the above equation:

Soil pH = 6.0 - 0.5

Soil pH = 5.5

yeah that is deff. calcium lockout or deff. I would adjust your ph to 6.5-6.6 and stay there. My buddies last 4 grows did that because he was using that shit nutrient erupt so I convinced him that's why he was getting lock out with powdered nutrients and you could see the white salt build up so he switched his nutrients and brought his ph up to 6.6 to absorb some calcium and it completely stopped and all new growth is healthy.. I was about to say the same thing. If it's not a Big Devil, what strain is it? Super autos will take longer, up to 16 weeks or more. The only true supers are the ones that Stitch has bred, Super Cali Haze, Super Stinky, Annapurna, Chaze, Nirvana Sky and Number One.
