New Grower Synthetic vs organic

Hi guys ive been growing in soil using organics for a while now, going to see what the other sides saying and try synthetic nutes this time round
Ive been researching and im not really finding loads on chems in soil
I havent had to ph or check the ec whilst ive been doing organic
So will i need to do this as i understand the soil self buffers the ph with organics is this the same rule of thumb? Or do i need to be doing this
