New Grower Temperature and colour

Guys I am confused about temperature for colour , [ Dark Devil ] as I have a aircon in my room I can drop the temperature , I have read to do it in the last 2 weeks , now as the light cycle is 18/6 do you drop for 6 hours ? or for the whole 24 hour period :dunno:

Just the dark time like a drop in night temps in nature when the sun goes down.I think thats how I did mine.
