Outdoor texas outdoor grow info

I plan on growing next year and want to do a very large grow outside in the woods. I will be using water from ponds and plan on using a post hole digger to dig the holes then fill with fox farm soil about 3 gal each. I want a strain that will mature in no more than 90 days that will produce at least 2 ozs each plant.
WHAT strains would you recommend?
Best time to plant?
Best nutes to use after 30 days?
