Problem: i don’t know if this is normal or not but I’ve never seen it on any of my other plants. In about wk 6.5 of growth and the fan leaves and sugar leaves are showing thinning. Yesterday they were severely dropping which most likely was due to getting too dry. After watering and waiting overnight, they look a lot perkier. But the fan leaves look weird- really long and skinny. I’m a new grower so i don’t know if this is normal genetics or a sign of something.
-Medium/grow method: soil; ocean forest.
-Feed and supplements used: light use of fertilizers. Alaska fish fertilizer during veg,
big bloom during flowering, occasional use of humboldts golden tree during both veg and flower.
-Water source: tap water that’s allowed to off gas for a minimum of 24 hours. Have always done this and not in a place to do anything different.
-Strain and age: about 6.5 weeks from seed, Dinafem Cheese XXL
-Climate: day temps around 75-78F, not sure about night temps. RH around 45-65 depending on watering.
- Light used: i use a 3500k cob light from cobshop.com, my tent is 2x2x4 on an 18/6 cycle. I try to keep it no closer than 8” because that’s what has been suggested to me. I noticed that i hadn’t lifted it in a while since new growth. I lifted it today, could this be caused by being too close to the light?
