Will and epsom salt foliage spray help rebound the mg deficiency as a quick temporary fix ?

It should but N and p both have browning spots (starting from the bottom) too. Mg can get brown spots too. Also, interveinal chlorosis is more common with mg. Your plant is greening up from the bottom and its moving up. Thats why I said you should use a veg nutrient.
