Lighting Thoughts on Spectrum

So i stumbled across a killer deal on two of these lights and i mean killer.

They look like Apollos.

You can Have half lights on or all.

i was thinking of adding the in some bald spots in my tent with my 4 300w top leds.
Whats your guys thought?

Depends on quantity of each wavelength..
You'll find recommendations for custom apollo spectrum in the LED section which will give you a good idea what to look out for..I think the thread is from a member called "vick"..:Sharing One:

So its not exact but not to far different i dont think

Id get rid of one of the 630s and add a 3000k white.

I have same problem related to spectrum cant decide im ordering 2 Apollo 6 units with different spectrums...

1st unit:
1x IR 730nm
8x Deep Red 660nm
2x red 630nm
2x blue 460nm
2x white 5700k

2nd unit:
1x IR 720nm
8x Deep Red 660nm
3x Red 630nm
2x Blue 460nm
1x White 12000k

Now i'm not sure if i should remake this configuration with something else...

Not sure if those White lamps are fine with Kelvins...

Im thinking to add 1 extra UV led in the middle spotters on each lamp... so 2 UV diods per unit only in middle spotters...

Any Suggestion would be greatly appreciated

These are my Apollo 6 & Apollo 4 spectrums. My plants love them, both work very well indeed.

Each LED pod in my Apollo 6 has:

720nm x 1 deep red
660nm x 8 red
630nm x 3 red
12000k x 1 white
460nm x 2 blue

Each pod in my Apollo 4 has:

7x 660nm
3x 630nm
2x 460nm
2x 6500k
1x 730nm

I don't think you can add extra LEDs per pod, they are modular so therfore all the same. I personally don't think you need more than 1 x IR diode per pod, but i'm by no means an expert.
