I bought a LED light that seems to work just fine but I went out and bought a timer the other day and plugged the light into it. It seems when its time for light to come on it just flicks on for a split second then goes out and when I turn timer to when it should go off it does the same thing. Does anyone know why this happens and what can I do about it? Thanks for any help in advance.

Timer problems

Plug a known working item, a table lamp, into the timer. See if its the timer or the LED light. go from there.
