Grow Room Timer question

I am using two 300 watt vivosun led grow lights that shape a on off switch. Wondering if these lights can be hooked to a timer on the outlet or if anyone can recommend a timer for these. Thanks

They should hook up to any same style plug timer. Just leave the switches on and the timer should do the rest.

led are fine plugged into a dinky lil thing like this something with a ballast will need a beefier timer.

I've used regular 4 dollar Walmart timers with 1000w HPS with no I'll effects. Either way just make sure the plug type matches. I usually plug my lights into a surge protector cause I run 3 - 5 lights at a time then plug 1 single plug into a timer.

I run mine to the surge protector as well just to play it safe.

If it covers the amps, you should be good to go. I have one double head timer and one single head timer on one strip. That set up is on a second strip as well. No problems
