New Grower Too close to light

Hi everyone peace and smoke on. My friend put her plants to close to the lights and dried it out pretty bad what can she do to help it thx

That plant looks crisp all the way down, like it didn't get watered for days. It looks like she needs to be watering way more often.

A good measurement for how far to keep the lights from the plant is put your hand at canopy (the top of the plants) level palm down. If the top of your hand gets too warm, burns or is otherwise too warm then you need to raise the light.

Does your friend have a circulation fan blowing between the light and plants?
