She's been in soil for 10 days give or take,

Bio tabs mixed into plant magic plus in RHIZO 12ltr pots.
600w and dimmable ballast running at 400w
18/6 light schedule
I've Been starving the girls of water been giving them 100ml of water for the last 3 days,
Top of the soils been as dry as Sahara so I've been misting it.

I have given them a good drink tonight I've been using a moisture meter but I'm not convinced by it after testing around the garden.

Ive got some ecothrive tea I don't know if anyone's used it but I was considering trying it after what I read on the website.

Any help would be appreciated...
now where's my spliff at..

why are you keeping the pots so dry? Seedlings hate this,...they like even, consistent moisture, mate... the Biotabs are not feeding out yet, and the soil's nutritional content is a mystery to me, likely it's mild..? Symptoms are early and pretty generic, can't say what it is,... have you checked the soil's pH yet? This could also be a cause,... since it's early on, you can sample test the soil from the bag; do you have a pH meter? The best tool for in-pot pH measuring is a quality pH probe, like the Accurate 8,...meters are for liquids only,... however, if you have a meter, you can do a slurry test for soil pH,.. Is the meter recently calibrated? that's critical,... the slurry test is simple: take a cup of soil, and a cup of RO/Di water, tap is OK only if the water is pretty soft (low mineral content, low ppm's/EC)....mix together, and let sit for an hour, then test with the meter,... Off pH will mess with nutrient uptake, if bad enough will damage roots as well,....

Waira- this is all new to me mate this is my first grow and is all alien, I was told to only water every other day 50ml/100ml, I was under the impression little was better. I wasn't sure on the whole potting process as well. Soak the water not to soak the water.

I'm so annoyed as all I have wanted todo was give these girls some drink, even the rep at bio tabs told me not to water. I had sent him pictures.

I haven't tested any water or soil PH. I know now it plays such a big part and shouldn't just assume that with running bio tabs I'd be ok. When I watched vids and researched it I didn't see anyone testing. I have been using tap water which has been stood for 48hours. Il try and grab a PH tester asap.

Thanks for the response

This is the medium I was recommended to use with bio tabs, @Waira

Could it be a Phosphorus mate my stems are a purple colour, and am I right in saying if it is it will rectify its self being organic? Should I remove the leaves or leave them, one is really starting to shrivel up, I am complete new to this and so annoyed at my self I knew it wasn't right and they was thirsty, I have some boom boom spray coming, when it gets here.
