Thanks for everyone’s reply’s, brain getting a bit fried on what to do. I have just checked and if you count putting seeds in water at very start today is day 75 (this is how long they are meant to take) this is why I thought the browning was the plant coming to the end of its life. I hear what you are saying about salt build up but as I was 50% soil and the pots were still heavy and felt damp on day 4 after water I had to extend to a 5th day between watering.

I have spent 1.5 hours de foliating but they don’t look much different and fed them a day early water only.

Have taken advice from here and put fabric pots on bricks so they can’t wick the run off, thanks @manogreen I watered 50% strength and bought a wet vac to suck out the run off. The next thing I have done is to thin out the canopy and moved things around and added 2 more fans. You can now see through the canopy in most places and the buds have a bit of breathing space.
