This link explains that the USPS is allowing hemp derived products to be mailed. I see an opportunity or issue with this. Hemp seeds and Marijuana seeds are indistinguishable from both visual inspection and chemical analysis. So.... how does the UPSP determine if you are mailing or receiving hemp seeds... or marijuana seeds in the mail?
