Thought it was all going too well

Can anyone help with what happened here and more importantly, can it be fixed?

10 weeks in real hope all is not lost.

This is just one plant but yellowing is starting on 2 others also not the dry burnt look on the buds.

It looks like mold or some other type of fungi.Spray them with some fungiside or pick of any good buds and through the rest.

You got mold deep in there. Probably right on the main stem. Cut that stuff out with scissors dipped in rubbing alcohol after every cut. Better yet at 10 Weeks just take the whole plant down and chop out those buds.

I live in a mold prone environment. Keep an eye out for bud leaves that suddenly turn brown and die. It usually starts with just one or two leaves. Pull out the dead leaf and dig in to that bud to make sure there is no mold starting at the base of the leaf deep in the bud. If there is get it out quick.

Right thanks for the replies.
Cut out what I can see plus a bit. Taken the browning leaves off the other 2 and checked around.

Will get some spray tomorrow morning and pick my mate up to cast his eye over them for the chop or not.

Thanks again

AFN Rocks!!!!

I'd throw this plant out. Botrytis can cause severe lungdiseases when inhaled. And it's not easy to get rid of this mold when your plants are susceptible.
If you just don't care, like I did (and nothing happened, really) then cut the buds from the stem. (THIS ALSO WORKS WITH STEMROT) Cut the infected area + a few centimeters. Clean that wound with rubbing alcohol and put take a tablespoon of vaseline and mix it with kitchen salt. Rub that on the wound to prevent future outbreaks/spreading of the rot on that stem.
Why vaseline/petroljelly and salt?
Studies have shown that in sea-areas the botrytis fungi (budrot) can't survive probably because of the salty breeze. Also vaseline/petroluem jelly-basedstuff prevents water buildup BUT let's UV-radiation pass. As we all know, UV-radiation kills about everything. This method does not put any stress on our plants as far as I've noticed. But make sure you don't smoke that vaseline/petroluem jelly.
