I would recommend that you give some more info about what exactly you're looking for. Portable, whip, bag, herbs, oils, beginner with no idea about any of that stuff, etc. These days there are so many options that it helps to narrow it down. I have several myself that I use for different things and in different circumstances.
Not sure what you mean by UK specific. While it's possible there are a few models that are specific to Europe or North America, for the most part you can get any of the popular vaporizers online. Several of the reviews have been written by members who live in the UK.
As a general recommendation for a beginner I would go for the Arizer Solo. It's portable but works just fine as a home vape for all occasions. Simple to use for anyone (just like drinking through a straw), great tasting vapor, and no extra batteries or other accessories required. Everything you need to be vaping happily for years comes in the kit.
I really like the Arizer Extreme Q , you can chose to use bag or whip , fairly discret looking comes with an aroma bowl for essential oil.
Poratable I am looking to get the pinnacle pro with PonG (Plastic on Glass) adapter and a micro bubbler as my puffit has bitten the dust from excessive use.You can use dry herbs and oils in the pinnacle pro .
For just oils then the Maud-dib form magic flight has some great reports and can also be used with micro bubbler. Can't say I used this one but intend to if i get round to making some wax or shatter.
