So I'm on day 18. When I look on the rqs grow diarys mine looks bigger than most of the same age.im not 100% iv got my dates correct I feel like it could be a couple day older than iv recorded
Dose it look OK to you guys. If not any tips

Iv just niped the top off(topped) and wanna start lst but unsure how to go about it. On nearly evey node ther are tiny leaves starting to grow do I need more light to them

Your plants look fine to me. I do not bother with LST on autos and I do very little defoliation as well. I just provide good airflow from the bottom. I used to be into bondage but the yields did not improve enough to warrant all of the work. I do a lot on Photos as I do a "Nebula's Manifold". This is worth the effort as I have doubled yields with this technique on Photoperiod plants.

Try hard to resist comparing your plants to other growers plants. The grows are so varied from one to the next, that comparing can easily set you up for frustration.

So abit of an update
All seems OK I did swap the light for a ufo 90w and she seems to like it growth is better.

She seems pritty dense should I defol or leave it iv notised when I move some leaves there is moisture on the leaves I'm I right in thinking that's down to ventilation/air flow

Also its around 5 week mark should I be seeing signs of pre flowers yet
