Upwards claw with spots

What nutes are you using and what dosage? Also what dosage are you giving cal/mag?
Maybe late Phosphorus deficiency or possibly Manganese 
I know they both cause the bigger dead spots like that (necrosis)

I would go full strength flower nutes and up the cal/mag to 5ml per gal.

-- gonna need more info mate, there's a few things going on here and to fix it we need to first figure out if this is a pH lockout issue, or simple lack of type defc.'s,.... did you test the run-off pH as well? pH going in is not reflection of what the in-pot pH is though adjusting like you have is a big help in keeping it in range....--what are you growing in?
-- water source, pH, ppm's hardness if you have it...

what's the NPK#'s. like 5-1-1? Not good for bllom, quite that since the CNS has enough,......symptoms look like P defc., especially the larger patches of brown near midribs and lat. ribs; Spotting could be P too, but Mn defc. also present's similarly,... get me a couple close-up please....
Run-off ppm is kinda high, depending on what it is going in, and the medium you are in (coco?)
