It may sound stupid to some but i use coffee n coffee grounds as a fertilizer. Coffee has plenty of nutrients it can boost a plants growth with. Anyone else pumping their plants all natural ?

The local cafe keeps all their coffee grounds for me...sprinkle generously around....:headbang:...tea bags too...

citrus peel as bug repellent dropped on top of the soil...fermented garlic spray for the same...god it smells like hell..but effective... although I wouldn't use it on me canna incase the taste transfered...garlic bud doesn't sound good.

Own made orange oil is about the only red spider killer that doesn't kill the plant as well as the spiders..

Yup...I Think you will find lots of members who grow Natural around...:headbang:

Often use the used tea, but I break the bags open and sprinkle the contents, should start with the coffee grounds given the quantity we go through every day, and first sign of any bugs in the soil and out comes the cinnamon, sprinkle liberally on soil so surface is completely covered, like with DE, and these little flying b@§!à^&s are not happy at all. We've all seen what that stuff does to the idiots doing the "Cinnamon Challenge" on YouTube, it burns the bugs too, breaking the breeding cycle.

Simple and effective, didn't seem to affect taste last time I had to use it.

Im still in my fist indoor grow with autoflowers but have used egg shell bannana n peels with coffee grounds n used fish tank water outdoors for many years n have always been super happy with my results im hoping this works as well indoors for me

I've used and still do use every so often used coffee grounds. Adds plenty of nitrogen. Good for making a seed starter with some castings and coco perlite. Good for a few weeks. I miss organic growing lol

Yeah, aboslutely, I dump my coffee grounds in the organic waste that goes in the compost pile.

I topdressed with coffee grounds and I think it helps add nutrients and some pest detterance. Once I’ve got my worm bins going they’ll be getting fed with coffee grounds, malted barley and banana peel. Coffee grounds are very high in nitrogen

I used cinnamon on my outdoor plants and it worked GREAT!! I had zero soil bug issues and it even ran off the ants we struggle with around here. No smell and I can’t imagine any flavor transfer. So, I ‘second’ @Banjacked post!
