Lighting UV light is blocked by normal glass ?

I was watching a documentary about Richard Feynman, who was a celebrated physicist, and he mentioned in the video that UV light is blocked by glass.

Most LED lights have some UV bulbs.

I've done some reading and glass only blocks UVB.

Tomorrow i'll have to find out if the UV bulb in my lamp is UVA or UVB.

Don't know if maybe the LED manufacturers use special glass ?

Anyone know anything about this ?

I'm not certain but I believe that only is Tempered glass that blocks UV.
 
Wikipidia says : Ordinary window glass passes about 90% of the light above 350 nm, but blocks over 90% of the light below 300 nm
