While consumers face an increasingly tormented sea of synthetic-based devices some hope finally arises which could bring new fresh-air even in the desertic world of purists:

Their concept has a basic (read "elementary" KISS) touch to it:
A simple low-cost (~5 $) "Removable Glass Heater Sleeve" combined to an inner glass tube/bowl counterpart generate convection heat at its base, that's it. The v3 bowl will be larger than in v2, fresh air arrives from the top and cannabic vapor exits on the same side; so absolutely nothing is hidding in a black box here...

Warm-up time will be around 2 min. @ 460 °C (for support of the Hydra-Tube option), temperature range is 200 °F - 500 °F in 2 ° increments. The bright blue LCD display can be turned off (in "Stealth" mode) though this would also deprive a v3 owner of some nice light show since the glassware on top gets illuminated as well. A timer cuts power to the unit after 1 hour.
The package comes with 2 glass sleeves and a "Budy Bowl" + flexible silicone tubing.

This is all-glass convection made obvious to the eye, i'll bet there won't be too many unhappy owners once it has reached the market.
At least it doesn't require us to ventilate electronics as cannabic containment is just 100 % integral, e.g. no need to fear since potential contaminants have been ruled out by design!! Expect no robo-farts using this, actually it doesn't even have a metal screen...
