Need some advice please . Can you start seedlings with the lights [ Led ] that are switched to bloom , I have some plants finishing and want to start some more .

Yes you can, they may be slow at first, but you will be glad when it comes to the flower stage
I did this recently with starting a new seed between two flowering plants. I think in my case the newer plant is stretching for the lights a bit making for a tall, lanky plant. Mostly since I have the lights up high to accommodate the two big girls. But other than that the newer one seems to be doing OK with it.

I have 2 DS200 advanced LEDs that have a flower and veg. mode ,each run about 185watts each.I have one G8 140 watt,this one does not have a veg.switch I run all on full power after about 2 weeks old.The plants seem to love this set up.I keep them approx.12 to 14 inches away from canopy.When they start to flower they will take all the light you can throw at them.I just bought 2 BMLs LEDs,these are 75 watts each,i,m using these for my seedling table.After my seedlings get about 2 weeks old,i put them under the other LEDs i have and use the BMLs for supplemental side lights.These are 36ins. long and are good to get penetration on the lower branches.I got a little long winded there bro,i hope that helps.Peace.
Oh yea and i run all my autos on 24/0 lights.When my older plants are done i have some on the seedling table to start to veg. under the big lights.I,m sure i,ve repeated myself a couple of times,i,m old man.Peace.

0-14 days 11w cfl(800 lum) 6500k
15-21 days 23w cfl(1600 lum) 6500k
and yes you can grow any plant in red or blue spectrum,but you will harvest way more if you use the proper spectrum for each cycle.

Sry just drop'N n on this post and was wonder'N you this b good to always start ur autos out this way making them last long come flower time if I'm make'N any sense
