Grow Mediums Watering before lights off? + balance ph before nutrients or after?

like the topic say guys i been researching these 2 subjects and got a variety of answers that didnt feel right for me
so:

a. should i balance ph in the res before or after adding nutrients ( ATAMI NUTRIENTS not organic )
b. should i make a small feed just when the lights go off for 4 hours?

Yes you want to add your nutrients first then bal. your ph after.

Your plants will grow as much at night as they will during the day, however if you're running a lighting sched of 20/4, what difference does it make anyways? when I run photos I feed during lights off and lights on, doesnt seem to affect them any, if anything they like it.

Thanks alot guys, regarding the lights off watering, im running a 20/4 schedule and approaching the last two phases of flowering, im giving a light 2 minutes feed just before the lights go off as i read that it might help the plant focus less on rooting during lights off and more of blooming.. can anyone support this?
