Hello guys/gals. This is my first grow using FFOF and HF I got these spots on my first set of leaves then they stopped now there coming back as you can see. They are 14 days old (above ground) my pH water has been going in at 6.4 to 6.7 I tested the run-off the other day and it was 5.8 and this was the readings before I got my Atlas Scientific pH7.0 Calibration Solution yesterday come to find out it was off by 1.1 which is not good. On 3/11/2014 she got 1/2tsp per gallon Cal/Mag which I thought was pHed to 6.5 but really 5.4 tested the run-off for the first time also 5.8 which is really 4.7. On 3/12/2014 bought Lime and forked 2 1/2tsp into soil. On 3/13/2014 airpot was dry a couple inches down so I gave her a feeding of 2tsp per Gallon Big Bloom pHed to 6.9 (really 5.8) run-off still at 5.8 (really 5.7). Today- calibrated my pH meter pot is dry a couple inches down so I feed her 2tsp Big Bloom and 1tsp Grow Big per gallon pHed to 7.0 (to help get run-off up), tested the run-off afterwords and it was 5.4 these readings are correct now unlike before today.

Am I doing everything right to correct those spots? If not can I get some advice please on what to do about those spots.
I had another seed sprout yesterday (both are Think Different) but before today the water to pack the soil down and the misting up until today has been before I calibrated my pH meter did add lime to soil already (forked in). What should I do to avoid same problem as Think 1? These pics are 13 day old from sprout.

Thanks for any advice WP_20140314_23_30_38_Pro.jpgWP_20140314_23_31_59_Pro.jpgWP_20140314_23_33_00_Pro.jpg

That one little spot is nothing to worry about, your plant is looking just fine. You should only be using veg nutes. That powder lime takes awhile to work, maybe a week or more.I wouldn't worry too much about your runoff water as long as your intake water is correct. Are you taking the ph reading after you put the nutes in.PH your nute water to 6.5 or 6.4 and you should be ok.If your using chemical nutes you should get some Gen Organics ph up and ph down.Give them cal/mag at light dose every other water.

Thanks Namvet, I do have the pH up & down and I do correct pH after adding the nutes. Grow Big And Big Bloom are veg nutes correct? Then when vertical growth stops add Tiger Bloom and I know to stop feeding one of the other ones I think Grow Big. Thanks again

Big bloom is for flowering faze only.Use that when you start tiger bloom.

Yeah good advice,

Don't be in a panic, all is well my friend.

Good grow karma's sent your way

Peace
