What are these yellow spots?

According to the Chart I'm at a optimal distance.

So should I stop the foliar spray and get the lights higher? Or just stop with the spray and check how it goes?

IMO yea stop the spraying for a few days and see if any new spots appear then it must be something else, if that is it then follow StormsEnigma's advice and foliar spray when lights are off if you must...

just dont faliar spray during lights on, leave your lights where they are as you pointed out apart from the irregular yellow dots the plants are in great shape.
give them a spray at beginning of lights out (think about grass and plants in nature, they get due on them during the nights and early mornings)
