Lighting what brand to choose t5 or t8 from?

hi. im a norwegian grower looking for opinions on what lighttube brand to choosr for germinating and preveg of the holy herbs.
i read t5 are superior to t8 fixtures except the optimal working temp was 35 celsius for t5 and 25 for t8..
from my experiences with hps hpi mh and cfl and led i know osram and philips light products are amoung the best.
but from what i can see on norwegian growshops it seems like they have no 5500-6400-7000kelvin or similar but they call 4000kelvin for grow light ??
i am convinced that somewhere from 5700-7000kelvin would be the best preveg/small plant veg lights and that 2700 up too 3500k was more good in flower.
wanted a cheap but good fluorescent ø

First of all, T5 will grow superior buds over T8 without question. I used to grow exclusively with T5 and I would run mostly 6500K with a small amount of 2700K in veg. For flower I would reverse it and have mostly 2700K. I found through lots of trial and error that autos really seem to like their blue light, so I would try to get your hands on some 6000K or higher for veg if at all possible. You could certainly grow with 4000K, but with the limited veg time that autos have, you really want to maximize the growth in the early weeks.

I was never too choosy about the brand of bulbs I bought. I tried the pricey ones and the no-name ones, and never saw a significant difference in my grows. I think that bulb brands are not that crucial unless you are growing with HID lighting.

fluorescent light i was supposed to write.
what brands and fixtures do you people suggest for optimal germinating preveg and small plant veg? what about philips master tld?
i was veery satisfied with the philips son t plus hpi and the son t green master in veg compared to much less lumens sylvania mh.
i also have two led panels about 530w from the wall together and a 600w lumatek ballast with hps superplant 2800k bulp im changing gradually to in veg/flower.

thanx andy but i actually aint for autos this time.
its for greenhouse seeds trainwreck fems arcata e32 i think is the pheno they used.
i was so amazed of the trichome production like i only seen once before with my own eyes, and that was ice(indica crystal extreme) that is a four way hybrid of shiva shanti x hindu kush x nl x special skunk i mean it was.
anyway the trainwrecks had more resinglands at 20-25 days of flower than a crappy pineapple kush pheno i had got after 12 weeks and it was supposed to take 7-9 weeks of flower. same with critical and thc bomb,they had maybe a third of the trichomes the trainwrecks produced.
i mean fuck the tw looked done trichome%agevice even when they had three to four weeks more to go. maybe the tw likes or ia more adapted to led lights than other strains. idk but i never seen any trainwreck close to the resinamount i had but it yielded only 80g dried..
