What do you think of latest grow pics
leaves drooping abit , i just wartered 10min ago
otherwise they stand straight upward

Looking fine clint.

Don't worry, they'll perk up! - are you watering by the wieght of the pot? ^_^

nah i have been digging abit to see if soil is dry and then water them
1/4 nutes at the moment
when do you think an auto would start to flower?
they are at about almost 4 weeks old

They look cosmetically fine...but very small for 4 weeks old...What kind of light are you using? How far away from the plant is the light? How long is the light ON?

hey thanx blue
im using 400w hps around 1 foot away from plants
light is on 20/4
i over waterd in the first couple of weeks(stunted growth)first time growing
hope this helps Bed

400 watt HPS is a killer choice, my friend!
1 foot away might be a bit too close...
Also, when your soil dries out, I'd transplant them to bigger pots with more soil.
Your pots and their soil level look a bit too shallow for a 400 watt HPS.
Make sure you keep an eye on the air temp. HPS can heat a growspace to stunting temps.
Hopefully you have a fan blowing?

HPS---especially a 400 watter---should throw off enough heat to dry out the pots pretty fast---usually within a few days.

You are on to a good thing, brother. Try not to fuss too much about them after you transplant them to bigger pots.

Thanks for your info Bed
i wil raise lights today.the prob i have i cant fit bigger pots in my grow space
i would have to get rid of a plant or put 2 in 1 pot

No, it's cool, dude. Don't re-pot them. Maybe add a little soil but not too much or else watering them will be a bitch if the soil is too close to the top of the containers. I understand about your space limitations. In that case, just make sure you can get some sort of little battery-operated fan in that grow space to keep the temps down from that monster 400 watt HPS. That's the only thing I can think of that is causing your plants to be a bit stunted---high temps. What says you? What is the temp in there?

Also, I appreciate this is your first grow and so you are a bit nervous & fussy...but do your best to not look at them too often. A few times a day to check that they aren't burning is enough.

And remember: If you use nutes, use half of what is recommended and then gradually increase their dosage. But less is more. Water/feed/water/feed. I don't feed with every watering because I don't want nute-lock and the plants don't ever really need it every time they are thirsty. DO NOT ADD FOOD OR NUTES UNTIL THE PLANT IS 14 DAYS OR OLDER.

You WILL learn with each and every grow. New ideas will occur to you of how to go about your next grow. I am always 1 grow ahead of the current grow. I already have seeds for my next grow. It will be a photo-grow.

thanx bed
i will put a little more soil in but not to much!
as soon as i lifted the light abit temp has dropped to 26c or 79f
i do run 2 16v computer fans , 1 blowing on plants the other sucking hot air out the top.
I have started with 1/4 nutes every second water
you are rite i have new ideas about next grow already
and i already have seeds for next grow but they are not auto , they are fem White Widow , fem Ice and fem crystal
what is a photo grow?
