Im moving to a much larger appartment in 2 months so I will upgrade my growing from PC case to a full grow tent. Now my question is what height is suitable for autoflower gorwing? The 2 most common heights seem to be the 120cm and 160cm, the most autos grow to 100-120 cm max if im not mistaken (only grew pc midgets so far). The reason the 120cm would be preferred if it dosent impede on my yield too much is that my girlfriend will visit like 1-2 weekends a month and I would like to put it in a storage closet and just put junk in front of it (it actually has a kind of ventilation shaft!). I just dont want to go through the hassle of explaining that its not much different than growing tomatoes and im not a dealer and you know girls talk about "problems".
If I get a 120cm I will loose about 30 cm to the pots and another 10-20 cm not sure to lights so I would be left with a grad total of 70cm of effective growth space. What do you guys think / use?
The gear I have planned on so far :
2x Grow Northern Holographic Series 1 (didnt they say on June 8th 2015 the new model is coming out?) (for 90x90 or 1 for 60x60)
Rhino filter and some Fan not sure yet (both 100mm)
prob 4 airpots each 3L
