My plants started having yellow tips on their top leaves, new growth, I am wondering what would this be? They are in their 7th week since seed.

I suggest cutting back the nutes a bit if you are using salt nutes. If soil, I would ignore it, there is not much you can do at this point without potentially making things worse.
