I use Promix HP. Most everyone uses COCO it seems, but I have a bunch of Promix HP. I've never used CoCo and it might be better, but Promix works really well for me. Is CoCo reusable? I've been using the same Promix for about 5 years.

Yes you can reuse coco, plus it is a very renewable resource, just grow more coconuts, unlike peat moss which is one of the ingredients in pro mix I believe.

My first run with autopots I used promix hpcc with added mycorrhizae I ended with root rot most likely my fault I'm using coco now with much better results
