i just chopped my second NL auto and had planned on using the 70-70-7 rule to dry.
I cut and hung the entire plant, trimmed just the big fan leaves and let her go.

The issue is that its winter and the humidity in my dry room is between 58% and 68% even though im using a pretty good sized humidifier 24/7.

How many days will that cut off of my drying time?

My last batch dried in 3 days at 40% humidity and i think that that really degraded its smell.

It's hard to say. There are several other factors at play besides the humidity levels. 60-65% humidity is fine. The lower the temps, the slower it dries. I'd be more concerned with the 70 degree room temp. I dry as close as I can get to 60/60. And that takes about a 5-7 days to dry depending on plant size and number of plants. I would try to lower the temps to match the humidity in this case. Temps 60-65 with the rh about the same
