I'm in the US and I've had success with attitude seeds, herbies seeds and original ssc. I like herbies the best I think because the shipping is the fastest original ssc is usually the slowest but still reliable

Attitude and Herbies for branded seeds, i've bought Bomb Seeds from them and a few of Dinafems collection. Alternatively http://marijuana-seeds.nl/ for anything white label, there Autoberry is particularly spectacular.
