So i was hungry at home but had not much in the fridge. Pumpkin, some sea bass fillet...so i made this dish, actually was very tasty!
Dice pumpkin and put in a pan with olive oil,garlic and hot chili, let it soften with lid on it, then add the fish fillet and raise the fire, add some White wine, parsley, let it fry a little.
Cook your favourite pasta, and add it to the pumpink sauce, fry it for a couple of minutes, add fresh parsley, diced walnuts and capers. Enjoy!!
The only chef food i get treated to is Chef Boyardee. I see so many delicious plates here im jealous. I am a huge fan of grilling and smoking food i have recently been watching alot of BBQ Pit Boys recipes on youtube.
