Are you sure to water till you get 10 percent run off, to be sure your getting complete saturation? Looks like there thirsty.

...JB, that's pretty odd, all things considered ... It's gets even stranger-- both over and underwatering can cause this wilting! When overwatered, the roots smother, lack of O2,... If they got too dry at some point, conservative watering may not remoisten the soil evenly, creating dry patches in the pot-- hence GA6's recommended 10% r-o; I'm guessing from what your water input are, this might be the case here; a soil moisture probe can help, but easier still, is to simply heft the pots; if you know what a well watered pot feels like, then compare it to the others that are drooping and see if they feel light... you can even "calibrate" yourself with a unplanted pot of well watered soil, and one that's only lightly moistened,... As for the day/night drooping, it's a common normal phenomena, so that explains part of what you're seeing,... my outdoor girls, more often than not, do this very thing, sometimes even before sunset the leaves are at "half mast"!... So, do the heft-test and see,...
