New Grower When to feed my baby first nute feeding?

My baby is currently a nirvana blue mystic auto, its is growing in this medium http://www.green-thumbs.ca/shop/canna-bio-terra-plus/

I will be using Tiger Bloom for the nutes, I also have Big Bloom should I use it as well?

When should I give it's first feeding? The soil comes with pre-mixed nutes

PS. she is 3 weeks old going onto 4

between 4 and 5 weeks , I'd start at 1/4 strength and see how it takes them.

awesome thanks, I will wait one more week, do you suggest I just use tiger bloom and skip on the big bloom?

when I used the trio I just fallowed there schedule at 1/4 strength and it always worked well.....If they don't show any signs of over dose you can bump them up to 1/2 strength...
