Lighting Which is better...(4) 23w CFL or (2) 42w CFL??

I want to supplement my LED light with 6500K CFL's. Which way would you suggest would be better for coverage over 1 plant? hanging (2) 42w or (4) 23w CFL's?

Heck put 'em all in. Maybe shoot a couple from the ground up.
Buy a plug socket ($2) and plug it into a power strip.
After they veg. Plug in 2700K bulbs to flower. Though the 6500K will work too.
