White bits on new second true leaves help please

Hey all I have an autoflowering plant it's strain is from French touch seeds and the seed is called guillotine my question is on the second set of true leaves there's slight bits of white could anyone tell me what these are ? Thank you

Hi James, you need to give us some more info about your grow,like what's your growing medium, ph of soil, nutrients you are using , is it inside grow or outside, what kind of light are you using, how much and how often you water the plant and so on ...
Without additional info it is almost impossible to diagnose the problem

On the third pic right by the wood chips on the very bottom of the stem ,I can see some weird discolouration like the base of the plant is rotting ?
Keep an eye on that ...still get us some more info first ...
