Been having the worst time with my plants, every time I water they wilt ,I don't even water till there's run off ,temps are around 72-82degrees,don't know the humidity I just ordered a gauge for that, and a soil ph meter ,and a mh 400 bulb I am very poor and disabled so I save every penny I get for equipment, pots ,natural fertilizers, the simple fact is this I put everything I got into my plants, heart ,soul and to see em sick really bothers me.i do realize my water probably is the issue ,I live in a rural geto where in the past the water has had e coli and arsenic in it ,claims of cleaned up water by the slum lord I don't believe after boiling my water I have a white residue left over in my morning coffee pan can't be normal,I am using ffof soil and light warrior on topi know this soil has problems but in the past I grew out some great plants with it and in my area its affordable ,I do have the option of gathering rain water and getting bottled water if changing up water is ok ,I read plants don't like it but whatever I'm doing they don't like ,leaves are green and normal and doesn't seem to be deficiencys present, first few inches of soil are dry lower levels of soil tend to stay wet .i have all the answers if you need more explanations of set up ECT very sad please help.

When people in my area compliment me on my outdoor crop medicine I say first day of skool for me a prime example of that ready for schooling .

:toke:Hey Dank'-- yeah, sure looks like overwatering,.. I'm puzzled the even in airpots, you have such strong moisture stratification,... The LW soil is on top, and OF below? How deep is the LW? I think something about the OF is hurting the roots,.... can't imagine the OF layer staying that saturated,... leaving the top so dry may not be helping; roots will seek upwards too, so use a mister to moisten the upper zone more gradually....ideally, you want nice even, constant moisture while so young,... The OF is very likely acidic, which has been typical of there soils these days,... but a fix first needs a measurement, which isn't a possibility just yet,... Your water probably isn't the problem, but rainwater and bottled is just fine, no worries! They're very low in minerals is all, and that might be what you see in your reg. water, the CaCO3 depositing,.... in this case, higher temps actually force CaCO3 out of solution,.... can you mooch some lime off of a fellow gardener? It's inexpensive stuff, but finding it in smaller amounts can be a pain (who needs a 50lb bag?),... other similar products (Epsoma, EnCap are common brands) can be found at garden centers, so look around for a deal maybe,... if your soil is acidic, then using the higher mineral content water will be helpful, in fact, and the lime will help neutralize it over some time, but not immediately,... and of course, flushing will not be a good option! ...gnat larvae, I kinda doubt, unless you see many adults flying in and around your pots,... granular type mosquito packs or (ground up puck-like dunks) will take care of that,... light is not the issue here either,... so, dig your finger down in there, and get a better feel for how saturated the soil really is, and heft the pots too if you can, to gauge weight overall,... lightly moisten up the upper zone too, to promote root growth that direction,... that's a start anyway, until we get other relevant info,...:pass:

Thank you I am also using 5 gallon airpots maybe a lil big for such a small plant ,the light warrior is about 3 inches deep ffof after that ,do you recommend watering till run off ,I read a lot of conflicting info on the subject, also I will save more money and get better soil when I can .

I have Epsom salt wich I have been using for ph problems very small amount top dressed. In soil ,small amounts mashed in water for deeper penetration of soil

Waira homey I might have figured this out only time will tell though I believe having my air pots on the ground maybe was keeping the soil deeper in the pots wet ,I was also using a lot of fans and what not to keep the air circulation good I believe I inadvertently was cooling down my air pots ,thus keeping the soil wet.,top soil was being dryed by hps ,I built a home made plant table off of flats I gathered in the geto hopefully man this shit works .
