You need to add the vinegar to your feeding solution, then feed your plants. Add some, check the pH of your solution, then add more till you get it down to around 5.5. That should help balance out the 7.5 and give you a decent soil pH of around 6.5. Vinegar is only a temporary fix and as the solution is used up, your pH will start to climb back up again.
