Hello knowledgeable people of the best cannabis forum.

I need help diagnosing what is wrong with my plant, can someone with expert knowledge help me?

She surfaced on the 26th April which makes her 1.5 weeks old
She is in Miracle Grow compost which was not flushed in the beginning, i later added perlite to the mix about 5 days ago.

She was fed baby bio as i thought the yellowing was a sign of her asking for nutes, i flushed my pot and put 5 drops of baby bio in a pint of water. Now she is still turning yellow on her first leaves that appeared and am noticing browning on edges and in middle of the fan leaf.

I have a pH meter the thing with 2 metal rods sticking out of a square and find it is a useless piece of shit. I have ordered a ph soil testing kit to get an accurate reading of my soil pH. I will update tomorrow.

But for now can someone tell me what is wrong with her?

I THINK THE RECENT BROWNING ON THE EDGES LOOKS LIKE NUTE BURN, BUT I AM NOT FLUSHING AGAIN UNTIL I HAVE A PH METER AS IT COULD BE PH IMBALANCE, IVE ORDERED GARDEN LIME FOR THE PURPOSE OF BALANCING MY BABY'S PH.

HELLLLP

They are way to young for nutes and that's what you have is nute burn. Was there any nutes in the miracle grow? Just leave her dry out if you have flushed the nutes and just use ph'd water for another ten to fourteen days.

thanks namvet, this was my trail of thought also. Im so glad I have people like you to help. Thanks for this.

Is this yellowing also sign of nute burn?

Yes. A small seedling can live off the natural nutrients in the soil for a long time so that why we don't feed anything for at least a couple weeks, than start with veg nutes at half strength and work up to full strength.

Should I flush again as the brown edges are getting worse? My new growth has 6 new nodes, this has just started over the last week, will these be affected if there are still excess nutes?
Sorry for any dumbness you may find in my post, I want to learn as much as I can.

The damaged leaves will not recover so it is better to remove them.If you did a good flush already and by that I mean running at least two or three gal of plain water through them I wouldn't flush again.

Thank u I will report back in a week with pictures.

Updated post: Here is a picture, there seems to be slight improvement in the yellowing, only ever so slightly, maybe i am hallucinating it again. Now the stupid thing is curling up!

Should I just start fresh with some lowryder2 or hawaiian skunk?

Quick question to anyone that reads this, after a flush is it normal for leaves to curl upwards? I flushed last night and have noticed my leaves tips are curling slightly up? How do we know when we have done a flush correctly?
