Indoor Yodabuds first auto grow questions and updates!

Good evening everyone! I think I got my grow tent down finally! Running a 4x4x6.5' tent, have running simultaneously a 400watt mph and a black star 240w led... Could I consider this a 600watt grow than at least? I was having a hard time with the RH and temps... Hooked up my new vortex 6" exhausted into attic now temps hover right around 79-80..
Got a ultrasonic humidifier and I keep the rh right about 50%. Just now I lowered the 400watt down to 2ft from tops of plants... Hoping this will be fine.
I have the 7day old seedlings in 1lt Airpots... On order and should be here very shortly are 4 new 5.2 gallon Airpots(which will eventually be their final resting place). I've only watered with ph water with VERY VERY low dose of fox farms kangaroots. My question now is the light to close (the mh) the led is only 18" away....
When should I repot these 1lt's into their new home? I'm hoping/thinking with such a good size pot I should get decent size plants and a decent yield... Looking for at least a 1/4 pound from these four plants... They are coming along nicely I think, what do you guys think? Any tips, suggestions? Am I do everything right so far? These seedlings look around par to you guys for their age?

Aprox Day 40 Update, all seems to be going ok. Need to get the watering down a bit better as I think I let the ladies dry out to much this past time.... Here are some updated pics of current grow... I did see what looked to be a fungus gnat in the tent, but to me it seemed lighter in color than a fungus gnat... So I pulled everything out of the tent, vacummed it, wiped floor down with simple green, clean all the watering collection trays.... Hoping it was just a fluke thing as I havent seen anything else like it in the tent... plants seem to be free of any insect problems.. Will keep fingers crossed, fungus gnats were sorta what turned me off to growing the last time... Bugs in LARGE numbers in my house freak me out....Want to use one of those No Pest strips but I own two Parrots and am DEATHLY AFRAID of using any sorta of chemical in my house of fear of harming them... So we'll see....

Damn! Popped two easy Ryder's using same method as the dragon, the ER came up! Still the dragon is being elusive! I really was trying to avoid doing things this way as I wanted to start them out in their final pot, but I'm wasting too much soil, as well a the soil being moist (such big containers 3gallons) and afraid will cause pests... I'm going to empty the three filled 3gallon pot, going to use a 1:10 bleach water solution to wipe down tent, than I'm just going to use my 1litet air pot to try and start them. Will the 1 liter pot be way to small for the plant for two three weeks till I can sex them? Both pots are airpots...
